“Don’t like barbed wire, boy?” a guard asked, seeing Jake cringe. “Better get used to it. You’ll probably spend your whole life looking through it.”
Jakeman would use his huge arm muscles to fling the guard in the air and leave him hanging on the razor wire, his legs kicking and birds landing on his screaming head.
Jake just shut his ears and kept moving. (Pg. 50)
Why does he imagine Jakeman at this point? Is he angry? What would happen if he answered back?

If Jake said something that guard would have yanked his visiting privledges and he would have to wait 3 months to see her.
Jakeman comes out when Jake is so angry, but he can't do anything about it.
Yeah, did you see when the warden came in? She was nasty. I would have felt like screaming at her but I would have been kicked out.
